The ability to approve tasks is restricted to those with the appropriate access rights. Only approved tasks can be added to a user\u2019s timesheet<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThere are two ways to approve tasks in Psoda. You can either approve each \"Task<\/a>task<\/a> individually, as explained below, or \"Pass<\/a>mass approve tasks<\/a> in one go.\r\n\r\nTo approve a single task navigate into the \"Edit<\/a>edit task form<\/a> via the task’s view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1, or via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Schedule<\/strong> table at any of the parent asset view pages (e.g. \"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a>, \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project<\/a>, \"working<\/a>task group<\/a> or \"Change<\/a>change request<\/a>), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

In the details tab of the edit popup, you will be presented with the Approved<\/strong> option, as shown in Figure 3, that you can select to approve the task in question. This will allow the task to be included in \"Timesheets<\/a>timesheets<\/a>.\r\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\r\n

Alternatively, you can select the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to edit the settings of this task.<\/div>\r\n
