This page is shown in Figure 1 and shows all the information relating to the selected \"meeting<\/a>meeting.\r\n\r\n\"meeting<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Meeting view page<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe top header area\u00a0at\u00a0the top of the top header area<\/a> allows you to \"Edit<\/a> edit, \"Delete<\/a> delete or \"Move<\/a>move the meeting; or to add a new \"Actions<\/a>action, \"Attachments<\/a> attachment<\/a> or\u00a0\"Comment<\/a> comment<\/a> to this meeting.\r\n\r\nSome details of the meeting are displayed in subsections just below the top header area, such as the meeting’s location within Psoda, and it’s organiser, duration, subject, location, users whose attendance is required, optional and users who have been listed as resources. Here you may also have the option to \"iCal<\/a>download this meeting, although this will be dependent on your access rights. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Actions<\/a>\u00a0Actions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the\u00a0actions<\/a> registered for this meeting, as shown in Figure 2.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the actions such as it’s reference, description, priority and due date to name a few. If you click on the reference<\/strong> link of the listed action, you will navigate to that action’s view page<\/a>.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this actions table, you can act on individual actions by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"escalate<\/a>escalating or \"Move<\/a>moving the chosen action.\"action<\/a>\r\n

\"Attachments<\/a>\u00a0Attachments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the attachments<\/a> that have been added to this meeting, as shown in Figure 3.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the attachments such as the file’s name, attachment type, view the version and access a download link.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual attachments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"lock<\/a>locking<\/a>\/\"unlock<\/a>unlocking<\/a> the selected attachment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

Here, you can also export this attachment list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.\r\n\r\nAt the very bottom of this tabbed view, you have the option to add more attachments by utilising the drag and drop functionality to drag the files you wish to upload into the drop box (note that this function works in HTML5 compliant browsers only).\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this meeting, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

\"decision<\/a>\u00a0Decisions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the decisions that have been added to this meeting, as shown in Figure 5.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the decisions such as it’s context, title, description, user’s who agreed to it and it’s current state, to name a few. If you select the link in the decision <\/strong> column, you will navigate into that decision’s view page.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this custom fields table, you can act on individual custom fields by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"escalate<\/a>escalating or \"Move<\/a>moving the decision.\r\n\r\n\"decision<\/a>\r\n

Note that at the bottom of the table you can \"Add<\/a>add more decisions manually or \"CSV<\/a>import multiple from a CSV file, or\u00a0customise your table view<\/a> by clicking the \"Edit<\/a>edit button to show or hide certain information. From here you can also export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"meeting<\/a>\u00a0Details<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows the details for the selected meeting such as it’s agenda and minutes, as shown in Figure 6.\r\n\r\n\"meeting<\/a>\r\n

These fields may allow for inline editing although these permissions may be linked to your access rights. If you feel that you should have access to some of these permissions, contact your System Administrator.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"History<\/a>\u00a0History<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows shows some basic history of the meeting, as shown in Figure 7.\u00a0 By default, this tab will present you with a number of details about the meeting’s history such as the creation date, creation user, last update date and last update user. If the meeting has been changed then this section will also show a table of all the changes that has been made, including the date of each change, the field changed, the value before the change and the user who made the change.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n
