This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the meeting view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Meetings<\/strong> tab at the project view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to permanently delete an existing meeting.<\/p>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n

Parent assets:<\/th>\r\nShows which organisation, programme and project you are adding this meeting beneath.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Subject*:<\/th>\r\nShows the key words summarising the subject discussed at this meeting.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Location:<\/th>\r\nShows this meeting’s location.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Date and Time*:<\/th>\r\nShows the date and time that this meeting was held.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Duration:<\/th>\r\nShows how long this meeting went on for.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Agenda:<\/th>\r\nShows a longer description about what was discussed at this meeting.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Minutes:<\/th>\r\nShows the meeting’s minutes.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning:<\/em> if you delete this meeting, you will also be deleting any \"Actions<\/a>actions, \"Attachments<\/a>attachments or \"Comment<\/a>comments that it contains.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure you want to delete this meeting click the “Delete meeting<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to delete this meeting.<\/div>\r\n
