This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the bottom of the Release management forms<\/strong> tab at the \"Project<\/a>project view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1.\r\n

Figure 2 – Add release management form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form has the following fields:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Project:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which project you are creating this new release management form for.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Project type:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only <\/em>field shows the type of the project listed in the project<\/strong> field above.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nThis mandatory field is used to specify a reference<\/a> for this new release management form, e.g. 01. The reference must be unique within your parent asset. If you click on the\u00a0\"Reference<\/a> “Find Next Reference” button next to the reference field then the system will find the next available reference number. For example if you enter the reference RMF_00 then the system will try RMF_001, RMF_002 etc until it finds an available value.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nEnter a title for this new release management form here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n

Agreed by:<\/th>\r\nYou may select multiple \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> as having agreed upon this new release management form by by holding the CTRL or SHIFT keys and clicking on the name of the additional user(s). To de-select, click on the highlighted name while still holding the CTRL or SHIFT keys so as not to lose all other selected users.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more:<\/th>\r\nLeave this check box selected if you would like to keep this form open to add more release management forms to this project after this new release management form has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n*<\/em><\/sup>The reference field is mandatory, but all others are optional.\r\n\r\nIf you accidentally try to add a new release management form with the same reference as an existing release management form for your selected project then you will get a warning message.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Add release management form<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new release management form with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new release management form can be viewed in the Release management forms <\/strong>tab asset listing at the parent project’s view page, as shown in Figure 3.\"\"<\/a>\r\n
