\"icon_user\"<\/a>Users represent individuals who can log into Psoda for a particular \"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a>.\r\n\r\nWhat an individual user has access to and can or cannot do is determined by which licences<\/a> have been allocated to the user and which \"Group<\/a>groups<\/a> the user is a member of.\r\n\r\nA user’s account can be in one of three states:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
State<\/th>\r\nDescription<\/th>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
New<\/strong><\/td>\r\nWhen somebody registered for a new Psoda account their user is initially in the New state until they have activated their account.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Active<\/strong><\/td>\r\nThis is the normal state for a user account. In this state the individual is allowed to log into the Psoda system using their username and password. Users are automatically activated on their Start date<\/strong><\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Suspended<\/strong><\/td>\r\nIn this state the individual with this user account will not be allowed to log into Psoda. Users are automatically suspended on their End date<\/strong>. Trial accounts that have expired will also be placed into this state.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table><\/div>\r\n
