This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the \"Report<\/a>report template view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Copycopy popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Report templates<\/strong> tab at the \"Contact<\/a>organisation view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is\u00a0used to copy an existing report template<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Figure 3 – Copy report template form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nUse the tree navigation layout to select the parent asset that needs a copy of this report template<\/a>. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired parent asset and edit the title<\/strong> of this copied report template if you wish to do so.\r\n\r\nNote: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nSelecting the ‘c<\/strong>opy state history<\/strong>‘ check box at the very bottom of this form allows for you to copy across all of the current template’s state history as well, should you want to.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with the selection click on the “Copy report template<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nIf you do not want to copy this report template anymore then you can click on the “Cancel<\/strong>” button to close the form.<\/div>\r\n
