This function can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the \"icon_user\"<\/a>user view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1.\r\n

If you select the \"iCal<\/a>iCal function in the user’s top header area, you will be presented with the popup shown in Figure 2.<\/p>\r\n

If you select the link presented in this popup, you will be able to add this user’s calendar<\/a> (with any containing appointments) to a calendar connected to your email system e.g. Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.<\/p>\r\n

If you click on the Regenerate iCal link<\/strong> button at the bottom of this popup, the link to this user’s calendar will be regenerated. This means that you may regenerate your iCal<\/a> link if you have noticed any suspicious activity in relation to your calendar appointments.<\/p><\/div>\r\n
