This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the \"icon_user\"<\/a>user view page<\/a>, as shown in Figure 1.\r\n

Figure 1 – Access via options menu\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis popup is shown in Figure 3 and is\u00a0used to\u00a0\"Copy<\/a>copy an existing \"icon_user\"<\/a>user<\/a>.\r\n

Figure 3 – Copy user form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nUse the tree navigation layout to select the parent \"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a> that needs a copy of this user. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired parent organisation and edit the username<\/strong> for this copied user if you wish to do so.\r\n\r\nNote: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nSelecting the ‘c<\/strong>opy state history<\/strong>‘ check box at the very bottom of this form allows for you to copy across all of the current user’s state history as well, should you want to.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with the selection click on the “Copy user<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nIf you do not want to copy this user anymore then you can click on the “Cancel<\/strong>” button to close the form.<\/div>\r\n
