This popup<\/a> form can be accessed\u00a0 via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Attachments<\/strong> tab at any of the parent asset view pages (e.g. \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project<\/a>, \"working<\/a>task group<\/a>, \"Task<\/a>task<\/a>, \"Milestones<\/a>milestone<\/a>, \"Requirements<\/a>requirement<\/a>, \"decision<\/a>decision<\/a>, \"evaluation\"<\/a>evaluation<\/a> etc), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 2 and is used to \"Move<\/a>move an existing \"Attachments<\/a>attachment<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

\"\"<\/a>\r\nFigure 2 – Move attachment form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nUse the tree navigation layout to select the new parent asset. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired parent asset and if you are happy with the selection click on the “Move attachment<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nNote: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nIf you do not want to move this attachment anymore then you can click on the “Cancel<\/strong>” button to close the form.<\/div>\r\n
