This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the comment view page\u00a0 view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Comments<\/strong> tab at any of the parent view pages (e.g. \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project<\/a>, \"working<\/a>task group<\/a>, \"Task<\/a>task<\/a>, \"Milestones<\/a>milestone<\/a>, \"Requirements<\/a>requirement<\/a>, \"decision<\/a>decision<\/a>, \"evaluation\"<\/a>evaluation<\/a> etc), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to permanently delete an existing \"Comment<\/a>comment<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent Asset:<\/th>\r\nShows which asset this comment belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Comment:<\/th>\r\nShows the text of this comment.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Tags:<\/th>\r\nShows the tags associated with this comment.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nIf you are sure you want to delete this comment click the “Delete comments<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the Cancel<\/strong> button if you no longer want to delete this comment.<\/div>\r\n
