If the selected attachment is currently locked <\/strong>this popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the attachment view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"unlock<\/a>unlock popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Attachments<\/strong> tab at any of the parent asset view pages (e.g. \"Programme<\/a>programme, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project, \"working<\/a>task group, \"Task<\/a>task, \"Milestones<\/a>milestone, \"Requirements<\/a>requirement, \"decision<\/a>decision, \"evaluation\"<\/a>evaluation etc), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n
