This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the attachment view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Attachments<\/strong> tab at any of the parent asset view pages (e.g. \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a>, \"Project<\/a>project<\/a>, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project<\/a>, \"working<\/a>task group<\/a>, \"Task<\/a>task<\/a>, \"Milestones<\/a>milestone<\/a>, \"Requirements<\/a>requirement<\/a>, \"decision<\/a>decision<\/a>, \"evaluation\"<\/a>evaluation<\/a> etc), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to permanently delete an existing \"Attachments<\/a>attachment<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent Asset:<\/th>\r\nShows which asset this attachment belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Short name:<\/th>\r\nShows the short name for this attachment.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description for this attachment.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Change notes:<\/th>\r\nShows the last change notes for this attachment.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Version:<\/th>\r\nShows the version of this attachment.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Filename\/Link URL\/internal shortcut:<\/th>\r\nShows the filename\/link URL\/internal shortcut for this attachment.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning:<\/em> Deleting the attachment will also delete the attachment file and the complete file history permanently. You cannot undo this later on.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this attachment click the Delete attachment<\/strong> button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the Cancel<\/strong> button if you no longer want to delete the attachment.<\/div>\r\n
