This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the expense item view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Move<\/a>move popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Expenses<\/strong> tab at any of the parent asset view pages (e.g. \"Contact<\/a>organisation, \"Programme<\/a>programme or \"Project<\/a>project), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired parent asset and if you are happy with the selection click on the “Move expense item<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nNote: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nIf you do not want to move this expense item anymore then you can click on the “Cancel” button to close the form.<\/div>\r\n
