This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the milestone view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Move<\/a>move popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Schedule<\/strong> tab at the \"Programme<\/a>programme, \"Project<\/a>project or \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Figure 2 – Access via schedule tab\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to move an existing milestone<\/a> to a different parent asset.\r\n

Figure 3 – Move milestone form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nUse the tree navigation layout to select the new parent asset. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired parent asset and if you are happy with the selection click on the “Move milestone<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nNote: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nIf you do not want to move this indicator anymore then you can click on the “Cancel” button to close the form.<\/div>\r\n
