This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the benefit view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Move<\/a>move popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Benefits<\/strong> tab at the \"Contact<\/a>organisation, \"Programme<\/a>programme, \"Project<\/a>project, \"Subproject<\/a>sub-project or \"benefit\"<\/a>benefit view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired parent asset and if you are happy with the selection click on the “Move benefit<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nNote: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nIf you do not want to move this benefit anymore then you can click on the “Cancel<\/strong>” button to close the form.<\/div>\r\n
