You may also have access to export your whole project to an\u00a0\"XML<\/a> XML file or to subscribe to an\u00a0\"RSS<\/a> RSS feed<\/a> for the project.\r\n\r\nSome details of the project are displayed in subsections just below the top header area, such as the project’s location in Psoda, RAG Status, manager, owner, sponsor, last update date, and any \"Workflow<\/a>workflow information. The rest of the page is made up of a number of tabs or sections (depending on your selected view):\r\n

\"Key<\/a>\u00a0Access Control Lists (ACLs)<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the access control lists<\/a> this project appears in, as shown in Figure 2. By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the ACLs such as the group of users that have access to this ACL and the a link to the list itself. If you click the link in the group<\/strong> column, you will navigate into the selected group’s view page. Equally, if you click the link in the ACL column, you will navigate into the selected ACL’s view page\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this ACLs table, you can act on individual ACLs by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a> the selected ACL.\"view<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Task<\/a>\u00a0Advanced Estimates<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the tasks that have been added to this project that are scheduled according to advanced estimates, as shown in Figure 4.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the advanced estimates such as it’s context, reference, start and end dates, the users listed as resources for that estimate, resource total and a breakdown of actual and variance comparisons for time breakdowns.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this advanced estimates table, you can act on individual estimate by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> the chosen estimate via the edit popup or using inline editing.\r\n\r\n\"advanced<\/a>\r\n

\"benefit\"<\/a>\u00a0Benefits<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the benefits defined for this project, as shown in Figure 7. By default, this table provides measurement information about the benefits listed, it’s title and a progress indicator. From here you may also view the workflow \"chart\"<\/a>profile. If you click the link in the reference column, you will navigate into the chosen benefit’s view page.\r\n\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this benefits table, you can act on individual benefits by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting or \"Move<\/a>moving the chosen benefit or \"add<\/a>adding a sub-benefit or \"link<\/a>linking benefits.\"benefit<\/a>\r\n

\"benefit<\/a>\u00a0Benefit Map<\/h4>\r\nInstead of a table view, this tab provides a graphical view of your benefits.\u00a0 The benefits map is generated from the information you put in the benefits table. Figure 8 below shows an example benefits map:\r\n

\"Figure<\/a>Figure 8 – Project benefit map<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis interactive map permits selection of benefits, comments and initiatives to be moved within this map. Zoom in or out on certain map areas using the red arrow on the right-hand side of the map and pan around by clicking on the background and dragging.\r\n\r\n \r\n

\"Budget<\/a>\u00a0Budgets<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the budget groups<\/a> or budget items<\/a> that have been added to this project, as shown in Figure 9.\u00a0 By default, this table shows the baseline and actual cost details for this budget or group, together with all of the budget items and sub-groups it contains.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this attachments table, you can act on individual budget groups by \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving, \"Copy<\/a>copying, \"link<\/a>linking, \"gantt\"<\/a>baselining the chosen budget group or you may have options to add a \"add<\/a>sub-group or \"add<\/a>budget item to the group. You can act on any listed budget items from this same column by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a>, \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>, \"Move<\/a>moving<\/a> or \"Expenses<\/a>adding an expense item to the selected budget item.\r\n\r\n\"budget<\/a>\r\n

Here, you can also export this list to \"Excel<\/a>Excel or \"CSV<\/a>CSV files.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Milestones<\/a>\u00a0Calendar<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows a calendar view, as shown in Figure 10, of the \"Actions<\/a>actions, \"Task<\/a>tasks, \"Milestones<\/a>milestones and \"Leave<\/a>leave that is allocated to you as a user in relation to the project being viewed.\r\n\r\n\"calendar<\/a>\r\n

You can adjust whether you which calendar week you want to view by selecting it in the calendar month<\/strong> on the left-hand side of the tab. You can also customise the layers that are views by selecting or de-selecting the listed layers<\/strong> options in this same location.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Change<\/a>\u00a0Change requests<\/h4>\r\nThis tabbed view provides the change requests table, as shown in Figure 11, listing any change requests that have been added to this project.\r\n\r\nBy default you will be presented with the link to view the change request itself, title, category, description, scheduling information, the user who initiated this request, the owner of the request, it’s current state and any actions or workflow transitions that are available.\r\n\r\nFrom this change request listing, you can utilise any of the functions in the Actions column<\/strong> to act on a specific request. These functions may include \"Edit<\/a>editing, \"Delete<\/a>deleting, \"Move<\/a>moving or adding \"Comment<\/a>comments or \"Attachments<\/a>attachments, or running a \"Report<\/a>report on the chosen change request.\r\n

At the very bottom of this tabbed view you may decrease\/increase the number of contracts listed by selecting the hide\/include change requests for projects and sub-projects <\/strong>link.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"Comment<\/a>\u00a0Comments<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the comments<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have made on this project, as shown in Figure 12.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the comments such as, the date that this comment was last updated, who created the comment, the comment itself and any associated tags to name a few.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this comments table, you can act on individual comments by \"Edit<\/a>editing<\/a> or \"Delete<\/a>deleting<\/a>\u00a0 the selected comment.\r\n\r\n\"view<\/a>\r\n

This tabbed view will display a collection of customisable dashlets, related to the project you are currently viewing. In Figure 15 below, our “example project” has the Custom fields dashlet, Indicators dashlet and Open actions dashlet readily available, to show asset listings of the assets at this project level.\"project<\/a><\/p>\r\n \r\n

You can rearrange the order of you dashboard dashlets by utilising the drag-n-drop function, selecting the title of the dashlet to be moved and dragging it to it’s new position.\r\nYou may show or hide any dashlets that you need at a given point in time by selecting the\u00a0\"Edit<\/a> Customise dashboard<\/strong> link at the very bottom of this tabbed view.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"decision<\/a>\u00a0Decisions<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the decisions that have been added to this project, as shown in Figure 16.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the decisions such as it’s context, title, description, user’s who agreed to it and it’s current state, to name a few. Instead of a table view, this tab provides a graphical view of your defects by presenting a number of graphs grouping defects by certain categories, as shown in Figure 18.\u00a0 The defects overview charts are generated by information in the defects<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"Delete<\/a>\u00a0Deleted assets<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the assets<\/a> that \"icon_user\"<\/a>users<\/a> have deleted or moved from this project, as shown in Figure 19.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the assets such as, the time it was deleted or moved, it’s parent asset (if applicable), what type of asset it was, it’s name and which user acted on it.\r\n

If you click the link under the dependent<\/strong> column, you will navigate into the selected dependent’s view page.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this dependencies table, you can act on individual dependencies by \"Edit<\/a>editing or \"Delete<\/a>deleting the selected dependency.\"dependency<\/a>\r\n

You will be presented with a number of details such as the scheduling and estimate information, some fields may allow for inline editing although these permissions may be linked to your access rights. If you feel that you should have access to some of these permissions, contact your System Administrator.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

\"evaluation\"<\/a>Evaluations<\/h4>\r\nThis tab shows an asset listing<\/a> of all of the evaluations that have been added to this project, as shown in Figure 22.\u00a0 By default, this table will present you with a number of details about the evaluations such as the it’s title and description. If you click the title of an evaluation, you will navigate into the selected evaluation’s view page.\r\nFrom the Actions column<\/strong> of this evaluations table, you can act on individual evaluations by \"Edit<\/a>editing or \"Delete<\/a>deleting the selected evaluation.\r\n\r\n\"evaluations<\/a>\r\n

\"Expenses<\/a>\u00a0Expenses<\/h4>\r\nThis tab\u00a0an asset listing<\/a> of all of the expenses logged for this project, as shown in Figure 24. By default, this table shows the budget item that this expense item is associated with, the reference, description, date, date of payment as well amount including and excluding tax information. The number of comments and attachments added to an expense item is also indicated in this view.\r\n\r\nThe Actions column<\/strong> of the expenses table provides accessible functions to act on a chosen expense item. There are four different drawing types: marker, shape, line and rectangle as seen in the bottom left of the map, and also a delete button which is used to delete any shapes added to this project. The map will show shapes from any child programmes, projects, or sub-projects. There is also a date range slider a the bottom of the map which will hide any projects outside of that range (based on the project start and end date).
