This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the project view page<\/a> \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu<\/strong> of the Programmes & Projects<\/strong> tab of the parent asset view page (e.g. organisation or programme), as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Figure 3 – Delete project form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form has the following read-only<\/em> fields:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Organisation:<\/th>\r\nShows which organisation the project is in.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Programme:<\/th>\r\nShows which programme the project is in, if this project was added at the programme level. If there are multiple programme levels then this field will appear for each level.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Project:<\/th>\r\nShows the name of the project you selected to delete.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning:<\/em> If the project you selected contains any \"Risk<\/a>risks, \"Requirements<\/a>requirements, \"Test<\/a>test cases, \"Test<\/a>test runs, \"Attachments<\/a>attachments or \"Comment<\/a>comments then those will be deleted as well. This will permanently delete all of the data.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure you want to delete this project then click the “Delete project<\/strong>” button otherwise click the “Cancel” button to cancel the deletion.<\/div>\r\n
