This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Edit<\/a>edit button in the top header area of the action view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Edit<\/a>edit popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Skill rating<\/strong> tab on the \"User<\/a>User.\r\n\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to edit an existing skill rating<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\r\nThis form has the following fields:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nThis mandatory field is used to specify a reference for this new skill rating. The reference must be unique within your organisation.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Blue sections:<\/th>\r\nThe popup will display a rating slider for each skill you have set up on your organisation. They are grouped by the skill group. Each rating has a field for a note you can put against that rating.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Custom fields:<\/th>\r\nIf there are any custom fields<\/a> defined for your skill they will appear here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Workflow:<\/th>\r\nSelect the applicable \"Workflow<\/a>workflow<\/a> for this new skill rating. This field will only be editable if you have access to any skill rating workflows. If you do not have access to change this field then this read-only<\/em> field will show that the workflow is assigned to be the default or no workflow.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table><\/div>\r\n
