This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the selected \"user<\/a>User<\/a>view page. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Skill rating<\/strong> tab at these same view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Click the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to add a new skill rating.<\/p>\r\n\r\nThis popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new \"Skill<\/a>skill rating<\/a> for the selected user.\"\"<\/a>\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which user you are creating this new skill rating for.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nThis mandatory field is used to specify a reference for this new skill rating. The reference must be unique within your organisation.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Blue sections:<\/th>\r\nThe popup will display a rating slider for each skill you have set up on your organisation. They are grouped by the skill group. Each rating has a field for a note you can put against that rating.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Custom fields:<\/th>\r\nIf there are any custom fields<\/a> defined for your skill they will appear here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Workflow:<\/th>\r\nSelect the applicable \"Workflow<\/a>workflow<\/a> for this new skill rating. This field will only be editable if you have access to any skill rating workflows. If you do not have access to change this field then this read-only<\/em> field will show that the workflow is assigned to be the default or no workflow.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table><\/div>\r\n
