This popup<\/a> purchase order form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the project view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Purchase orders<\/strong> tab at this same view page, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new purchase order for the selected project.<\/p>\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows the project that this purchase order is being added to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter a description of this purchase order here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Order date:<\/th>\r\nSelect the date for this purchase order here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Vendor:<\/th>\r\nSelect the vendor for this purchase order here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
New vendor name:<\/th>\r\nIf you are adding a new vendor, enter their name for this purchase order here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
General ledger:<\/th>\r\nEnter the general ledger of this purchase order here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Tax included:<\/th>\r\nSelect if tax is included in this purchase order here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Amount:<\/th>\r\nEnter the amount of this purchase order here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Tax percentage:<\/th>\r\nEnter the tax percentage of this purchase order here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Budget item:<\/th>\r\nSelect a budget item to link this purchase order to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your selection click the “Add purchase order<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new purchase order with the information that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new purchase order can be viewed in the Purchase orders <\/strong>tab asset listing at the project’s view page, as shown in Figure 4.\"\"<\/a>\r\n
