This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Release<\/a>release view page<\/a> \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form via the Release notes<\/strong> tabbed view at this same page, shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new \"Release<\/a>release note<\/a> for the selected release<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Organisation:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which \"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a> you are creating the release note for.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Programme:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a> you are creating the release note in.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Product:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which \"Product<\/a>product<\/a> you are creating the release note in.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Release Number:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which release you are creating the release note in.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nHere you can enter the description and details of your release note.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to continue to add more release notes to this release, after the current note has been added.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nOnce you are happy with your entry click the “Add release note<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new release note with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new release note can be viewed in the Release Notes <\/strong>tab asset listing at the parent release’s view page, as shown in Figure 4.\"\"<\/a>\r\n
