This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the indicator view page<\/a> \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area, as shown in Figure 1.\r\n

Figure 1 – Access via options menu\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis popup is shown in Figure 2 and is used to merge an existing indicator<\/a> with any other available indicator within the organisation.\r\n

\"\"<\/a>Figure 2 – Merge indicator form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nStep 1<\/strong>\r\n\r\nUse the tree navigation layout to select the indicator that you would like to merge the current indicator with. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired indicator and once you are happy with the selection click on the “Merge indicator<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form..\r\n\r\nNote: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nStep 2<\/strong>\r\n\r\nOnce you have clicked “Merge indicator”<\/strong> you will be presented with a progress bar, as shown in Figure 3.\r\n

\"\"<\/a>Figure 3 – Merge progress bar<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThe time taken to merge indicators will depend on the amount of information needing to be merged, so this progress bar offers a visual aid, so that you can see that the merge process is being conducted in the background.\r\n\r\nOnce the merge has been successfully completed, click “Close<\/strong>” on the progress popup. In the example used here, the information from both indicators can now be found in “Test indicator”.<\/div>\r\n
