This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Indicators<\/a>indicator view page<\/a> \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively, the copy popup can be accessed via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu<\/strong> of the Indicators<\/strong> tab at the \"Portfolio<\/a>portfolio<\/a> or \"Contact<\/a>organisation<\/a> view pages level, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Figure 2 – Access via indicator tab\r\n<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to copy an existing indicator<\/a> to a new parent asset<\/a>.\r\n

\"\"<\/a>\r\nFigure 3 – Copy indicator form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nUse the tree navigation layout to select the parent portfolio<\/a> or organisation<\/a> that needs a copy of this indicator<\/a>. You can show or hide levels or sub-levels by clicking on the \"expand<\/a>expand or \"collapse<\/a>collapse icons.\r\n\r\nSelect the name of your desired parent portfolio or organisation and edit the name<\/strong> of this copied indicator if you wish.\r\n\r\nNote: names with a\u00a0\"pink<\/a> cannot be selected.\r\n\r\nThe\u00a0Copy state history<\/strong> check box at the very bottom of this form allows for you to copy across all of the current indicator’s state history as well, should you want to.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with the selection click on the “Copy indicator<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nIf you do not want to copy this indicator anymore then you can click on the “Cancel<\/strong>” button to close the form.<\/div>\r\n
