If you still cannot find it, contact your Psoda administrator.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_2\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">I can\u2019t remember my password?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">You will need to <b>reset<\/b> your password or get your Psoda administrator to change it for you.\r\n<br><br>To reset your password, click the <b>\u201cforgot password\u201d<\/b> button on the log in page and enter your details. You will then get an email containing a link to reset your password. Follow the steps to reset your password and change it to a new one.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_3\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">My password is not working, and I know it is correct?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Check the following first:\r\n<br><br> &#8211; Make sure your email address\/username is <b>correct<\/b>\r\n<br><br> &#8211; Make sure you are not using <b>CAPS LOCK.<\/b>\r\n<br><br> &#8211; Make sure there are <b>no spaces.<\/b>\r\n<br><br> &#8211; Make sure you are using the <b>correct characters<\/b> (uppercase, lowercase, numbers etc.)\r\nIf none of the above works, reset your password by using the \u201cforgot password\u201d link on the log in page.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_4\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">It says I am already logged in on the log in page?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">This means you are <b>logged in<\/b> somewhere else or you <b>forgot to log out<\/b> before you closed your browser previously.\r\n<br><br>Click the <b>\u201caccidently closed your browser\u201d<\/b> link on the log in page and enter your details. You will then get an email containing a link to log your old session out. Follow the steps to successfully log out your old session. Once you have been logged out, try logging in again.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_5\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">After I log in, I get a page that says access denied, what do I do?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">This means you <b>do not have access rights<\/b> for your default page (your home page that you land on every time you log into Psoda). This could be because your Psoda administrator has changed your access rights.\r\n<br><br>To change your default page, go to a page and tab that you would like to be your default page. Then go into your preferences (inside the bottom left user menu) and check the option \u201cUse current page as the default\u201d. That will change your default page and you will no longer get the access denied error when you log in.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_6\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">What happens if I do not log out of Psoda?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">If you do not log out of Psoda and close your browser, your <b>session will remain active<\/b> within that browser. This means you will <b>not be able to log in<\/b> to your account from another browser or computer. If you need to log in from another browser or computer, you can stop your old session by requesting a log out. To do this, click the <b>\u201caccidently closed your browser\u201d<\/b> button if this happens and follow the steps.\r\n<br><br>Whenever you shut down your computer, and you are still logged in. Your session will be lost in your browser and you will have to stop your old session by requesting a log out. To do this, click the \u201caccidently closed your browser\u201d button if this happens and follow the steps.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_28\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">Why is Psoda running slow for me?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Read this article on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/global\/2024\/12\/01\/10-tips-to-optimise-your-psoda-experience\/\">optimising your Psoda experience<\/a> to make sure your set up is not performance heavy. If your set up is optimised, then run through the following steps to trace the slow down:\r\n<br><br>First, <b>check other websites<\/b> such as Google to make sure your network connection is running normally. If the other websites are loading slow, then there is an issue with your network. Contact your IT support team or your internet service provider.\r\n<br><br>If the other websites are loading fast, <b>check with your other colleagues<\/b> who are using Psoda (on a different device) and see if they are also experiencing Psoda being slower than usual. If they are not experiencing Psoda being slow, then the issue will be with your own personal computer or network. Contact your IT support team to help resolve this for you.\r\n<br><br>If your colleagues are also experiencing Psoda being slower than usual, then <b>contact your Psoda administrator<\/b> and they will investigate with the Psoda team.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_7\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">My screen is frozen, what do I do?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">A <b>page refresh<\/b> will usually solve a frozen screen in Psoda. You can do this by clicking the refresh icon or simply clicking the shortcut F5 on your keyboard. If you cannot click the refresh or any of the browser buttons, then your browser and\/or computer may be frozen. If this problem persists, contact your Psoda administrator.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_8\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">My screen has a black transparent overlay with no popup?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Click on the black transparent overlay to make this disappear and then refresh your page. If problems persist, <b>note down<\/b> your chain of events and email them through to your Psoda administrator.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_9\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">Who is my Psoda system administrator?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Go to your organisation in Psoda and look for the <b>primary contact<\/b> located at the top right corner. You can click on that user and find their details on the details tab.\r\n<br><br>If you cannot find your primary contact, email <a href=\"mailto:support@psoda.com\">support@psoda.com<\/a> and one of our friendly support staff will help find your administrators details.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_10\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">How do I run my report?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Head to the <b>reports tab<\/b> on the level you want to run the report at (for example project or programme level). <b>Find the report<\/b> you would like to run from the list and click on it. Select the <b>parameters<\/b> you would like to apply to your report. The default parameters are the following:\r\n<br><br><b>Save report<\/b> \u2013 this will save the report as an attachment on the asset you ran the report on.\r\n<br><br><b>Email report<\/b> \u2013 this will open a box where you can enter an email address for the report to be sent to as an attachment. We recommend ticking \u201cZip the report file before emailing\u201d if you are running a big report.\r\n<br><br><b>Automatically view the report when it is ready?<\/b> \u2013 this will automatically load the report on screen once it has completed. If this is not ticked, the popup will sit at 100% until you click \u201cview report\u201d or you close the popup.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_11\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">What do I do with my report after running it?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Once you have run your report and are viewing it on screen, you have multiple options depending on what you would like to do:\r\n<br><br><b>Re-run<\/b> \u2013 you can re-run your report by clicking the re-run icon directly next to the report name. This is required after you make inline-editing changes to your report so that your report contains all the new information. You must do this before exporting if you want the export to include the new inline-edited changes.\r\n<br><br><b>Save report<\/b> \u2013 this will save the report as an attachment on the asset you ran the report on.\r\n<br><br><b>Export<\/b> \u2013 This will give you a list of formats you can export this report to. Make sure you have re-run the report if have made any inline-editing changes before exporting.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_12\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">Why is my report is not generating?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Check your <b>parameters<\/b> on your report as there may be information being excluded. Try toggling between different parameters to see if your report generates correctly.\r\n<br><br>If the parameters are all correct, try <b>refreshing the page.<\/b>\r\n<br><br>If this problem persists, contact your Psoda administrator.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_13\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">My report looks different than what I was expecting?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Make sure you are running your report at the <b>correct level<\/b> at (for example project or programme level) as different levels contain different information that may be excluded\/included.\r\n<br><br>When you have made sure you are in the right place, check your <b>parameters<\/b> on your report as there may be information being excluded\/included.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_14\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">When does Psoda send out emails?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Psoda sends out <b>three<\/b> kinds of emails: alerts, follows, and workflow emails\r\n<br><br><b>Alerts<\/b> &#8211; These are emails automatically sent out by Psoda for example when an action or a risk is allocated to a user.\r\n<br><br><b>Follows<\/b> &#8211; When you follow a project, programme or even an individual risk you can receive emails for all of the events that you select. For example, if somebody adds a comment or a risk, or if anybody updates the budget on the project.\r\n<br><br><b>Workflow emails<\/b> &#8211; Workflow automation can include sending out emails for example if a risk has been critical for more than a week send an email to the project owner.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_15\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">I have deleted something, how do I get it back?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">System Administrators have <b>14 days<\/b> to restore any accidently deleted items in Psoda (from the original delete time). Contact your System Administrator to restore the deleted item.\r\n<br><br>\r\nIf you are a System Administrator, to restore a deleted item, go to the <b>deleted assets<\/b> tab on the <b>parent asset<\/b> of the deleted item. For example, if you need to restore a project, go to the projects parent (which is likely to be a programme or organisation that the project was directly under) and navigate to the deleted assets tab. Here you can click the <b>restore button<\/b> in the table next to the deleted item.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_16\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">My table is missing data that I have added or expect to be there?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Try the following:\r\n<br><br>Check you have <b>no active filters<\/b>. To see an active filter, look for the filter name and value above the the table. To remove the filter press the X button next to the value.\r\n<br><br>Check the <b>show\/hide options<\/b> underneath the table. There are options buttons below the footer of the table to show and hide certain data on a table. Try toggling these to find your missing data.\r\n<br><br>Make sure the <b>\u201cshow rows\u201d<\/b> is set to the correct number of rows you want to see. If there is more rows than the number you have entered, Psoda will paginate the rows (this means you can jump between pages of rows by clicking the \u201cpage\u2019\u2019 left and right arrows). If you want to view all the rows (which will show all the data in the table) type in \u201call\u201d into the \u201cshow rows\u201d number field and press enter. Do the same for \u201cshow columns\u201d if applicable.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_17\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">How do I use the filter on a table?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Click the grey or white <b>filter icon<\/b> next to the header text of a column on a table. This will open a popup where you can do a specific filter for that column. Choose an option from the dropdown and enter your keyword\/s. Click \u201csave\u201d to apply the filter. If you do not want the filter to be there permanently, make sure to <b>remove the filter<\/b> once you have finished with it.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_29\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">I can\u2019t see the tab I am looking for?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">All of the tabs available on each asset are shown in the <b>\u201call tabs\u201d<\/b> dropdown. Look for the button that says <b>\u201call tabs\u201d<\/b> to the far right of the tabs. Click this to open a dropdown of all <b>available tabs<\/b> for this particular asset.\r\n<br><br>If you cannot see the tab you want in the dropdown list of tabs, you either <b>do not have access<\/b> to view that tab or that tab is not available for that specific asset.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_18\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">I can\u2019t see the project I am assigned to in Psoda?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">You are most likely not in the correct <b>security group<\/b> to view this project. Contact your Psoda administrator so they can give you the correct access.\r\n<br><br>If you are the administrator and you see that they are in the correct security group and still cannot access the project. Check and make sure the <b>\u201cif role manager\u201d<\/b> option is unticked on the ACL (this means the ACL only applies to roles).\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_19\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">How do I move my project through the workflow?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">When you are viewing your project, you will see <b>bars<\/b> at the top of the page showing the workflow. The darkest coloured bar is the <b>current state<\/b> your project is in. The lightly coloured bars with the blue text are all the possible states your project can move to. Click on the blue text of the state you want your project to move to. The lightest coloured bars with the grey text are states you cannot move to while your project is in the current state.\r\n<br><br>Alternatively, you can open the workflow dropdown (on the far right of your screen, under the workflow bars) and next to the current state you can click the <b>\u201crequest transition\u201d<\/b> button and this will open a popup with all the possible states your project can move to.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_20\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">How is my project&#8217;s progress calculated?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">The project progress is calculated from the tasks on the project. If there are no tasks, then the progress is calculated from the milestones.\r\n<br><br><b>Tasks<\/b> &#8211; If there are tasks on the project then the progress will be calculated as:\r\n<br>Sum of <b>(task progress x task effort)<\/b> \/ sum of <b>(task effort)<\/b>\r\n<br><br><b>Milestones<\/b> &#8211; If there are no tasks on the project then the progress is calculated as the average of progress of all the milestones i.e.:\r\n<br>Sum of <b>(milestone progress)<\/b> \/ <b>number of milestones<\/b>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_21\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">How is the estimate at completion figure calculated?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Estimate at completion =\r\n<br><br>Sum of <b>(actuals to last month)<\/b> + maximum value between <b>(actual this month vs forecast this month)<\/b> + sum of <b>(forecast to the end of the project)<\/b>\r\n<br><br>To see how we calculate the Estimate at Completion in Psoda budgets for different user preference settings <b><a href=\"\/help\/estimate-at-completion\">click here<\/a><\/b>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_22\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">I can\u2019t update my actual figures on my budget?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Make sure you are at the <b>budget item level<\/b> as opposed to the budget group level. You cannot make changes to the figures at the budget group level as this is a roll up of all the budget items inside it.\r\n<br><br>If you are at the budget item and you still cannot update your figures, you may not have the <b>access rights<\/b> to do so. Contact your Psoda administrator so they can give you the correct access.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_23\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">How do you open and collapse years that are not relevant on budgets?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Click on the white <b>minus icon<\/b> underneath the header year text on the budget table. This will collapse the year into a single column. To open the year, click the white <b>plus icon.<\/b>\r\n<br><br>If you cannot see your column once you have collapsed it, use the <b>back and forward buttons<\/b> in the footer that sit next to the text that says \u201cColumns x to x of x\u201d. This will allow you to move backwards and forwards through the yearly columns.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_24\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">Why can\u2019t I see my whole budget?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Make sure <b>\u201cshow columns\u201d<\/b> is set to <b>\u201call\u201d<\/b> (instead of a number) if you want to view the whole budget. It will usually be set to a number like \u201c12\u201d so that it only shows 12 columns at a time which you can then paginate between. To change the columns, <b>type in \u201call\u201d<\/b> or a specific number into the \u201cshow columns\u201d number field and <b>press enter.<\/b> This will then reload the table with the desired number of columns.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_25\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">How can I freeze the column headers\/row headers in the budget screen? <\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">To freeze table headers and footers, go into your <b>user preferences<\/b> from the user menu (bottom left menu). Tick the preference <b>\u201cfreeze table headers and footers\u201d<\/b> and select your maximum table height. This value sets how high the table will be in pixels. If you are unsure what value to use, the default value will be sufficient on most devices. \r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_26\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">When I try and open my exported report, it says \u201cthe destination path name is too long\u201d?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Make sure you <b>extract the folder<\/b> containing your report before you open it. To do this, right click on the zipped file and click \u201cextract all\u201d and then click \u201cextract\u201d. Your file should then open correctly.\r\n<br><br>Alternatively, you can rename the file to something shorter by right clicking the folder containing your report and clicking \u201crename\u201d. Type in a shorter file name and then your file should open correctly.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq_question_outer\" id=\"faq_question_27\" onclick=\"openCloseFAQs(this.id)\">\r\n<div class=\"faq_question\">Some lines have not automatically imported from my CSV file?<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"faq_answer\">Psoda automatically reads the CSV email sent to the servers. Psoda performs the import and then emails any problems to your administrator.
