If you have forgotten your password you can request to reset it.\r\n\r\nOn the login form<\/a> click on the Can\u2019t remember your password?<\/strong> link. You will get a form similar to Figure 2 below:\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Figure 2 – Request password reset form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nType in your username and click on the \u201cRequest password reset<\/strong>\u201d button. Make sure that you type in your username correctly as Psoda will not warn you if you mistype it. This is done to prevent a hacker from discovering usernames on the system.\r\n\r\nPsoda will send you an email with a link and instructions on how to reset your password. Open the link in your browser. You will get a form similar to Figure 3 below:\r\n\r\n\"Reset<\/a>\r\n

Figure 3 – Reset password form<\/strong><\/p>\r\n \r\n\r\nEnter your new password and repeat it. Then click on the \u201cReset password<\/strong>\u201d button to save your new password. You will now be able to login<\/a> with the new password.<\/div>\r\n
