Reference fields are a mandatory field used to enter a reference for most assets in Psoda such as a \"Risk<\/a>risk, \"issues<\/a>issue, \"Requirements<\/a>requirement, etc.\r\n\r\n\"Reference<\/a>\r\n

Figure 1 – Reference field<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\nA reference can contain any text, but most often consists of a prefix and a number, e.g. REQ_01.\r\n\r\nReferences for a \"working<\/a>task group may consists of multiple levels, e.g. 1.3.2.\r\n\r\nThe\u00a0\"Reference<\/a> button next to the reference field can be used to find the next available reference number. Enter the structure of your reference, e.g. REQ_00 and then click on the\u00a0\"Reference<\/a> button. This will try REQ_01, REQ_02, etc. until it finds a reference that is not in use already.<\/div>\r\n
