Figure 1 on the right shows a typical view of the navigator, with some of the nodes already expanded.\r\n\r\nThe navigator looks and works very much like the file navigation tree in Windows Explorer or other file system tools, and can be used to quickly navigate to different areas within Psoda.\r\n\r\nRight after you have logged in the navigator will show the following items:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>a link to view all of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/user.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-43\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/user.svg\" alt=\"icon_user\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"\/help\/a184\">your stuff<\/a><\/li>\r\n \t<li>a list of all the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/organisation.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-137\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/organisation.svg\" alt=\"Contact details icon\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"\/help\/a50\">organisations<\/a> that you have access too.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>a list of all the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/program.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-169\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/program.svg\" alt=\"Programme icon\" width=\"25\" height=\"20\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"\/help\/a60\">programmes<\/a> for each organisation that you have access to.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>a list of all the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/project.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-168\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/project.svg\" alt=\"Project icon\" width=\"23\" height=\"22\" \/><\/a><a href=\"\/help\/a100\">projects<\/a> inside these programmes or organisations that you can access.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>a list of all the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/portfolio.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-215\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/portfolio.svg\" alt=\"Portfolio icon\" width=\"23\" height=\"20\" \/><\/a><a href=\"\/help\/a830\">portfolios<\/a> that you have access to.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nTo the left of each folder you will notice an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/next.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-602\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/next.svg\" alt=\"expand nav icon\" width=\"20\" height=\"22\" \/><\/a> expand button or a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/vnext.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-1061\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/vnext.svg\" alt=\"collapse icon\" width=\"26\" height=\"21\" \/><\/a> collapse button. These can be used to open or close the folder. The expand button allows you to view any lower levels contained within the level you have just expanded.\r\n\r\nYou can click on the name of items in the tree. For example if you click on an organisation&#8217;s name you\u2019ll go to the <a href=\"\/help\/a54\">View Organisation Page<\/a> for the organisation, this same pattern also follows if you click on the name of a programme, project or portfolio.\r\n\r\nThe navigator also has a &#8216;quick link&#8217; to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/user.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-43\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/user.svg\" alt=\"icon_user\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/a>&#8220;My Stuff&#8221; view page and contains a list of any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/favourites.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-1507\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/favourites.svg\" alt=\"Favourites icon\" width=\"23\" height=\"19\" \/><\/a><a href=\"\/help\/a30\">favourites<\/a> you might want readily available.\r\nIf your favourites are not currently expanded as seen in Figure 1, click on the expand icon and you will have a list of your chosen favourites along with an option to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/edit.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-70\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/edit.svg\" alt=\"Edit icon\" width=\"22\" height=\"22\" \/><\/a><a href=\"\/help\/a32\">edit<\/a> these or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/new.svg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"icons_img alignnone size-full wp-image-82\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psoda.com\/images\/icons\/darkgrey\/new.svg\" alt=\"Add icon\" width=\"21\" height=\"17\" \/><\/a><a href=\"\/help\/a31\">add<\/a> more.\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\nThe navigator also has a built-in search function at the very top, which allows you to filter your navigator and\/or search across all organisations, programmes, projects, portfolios etc that you might have access to. To use this, type any keywords you wish and it will filter your navigator items. To search across all accessible, press enter after you have written your search term.
