This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a> or \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Decisions<\/strong> tab at these same view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to add a new\u00a0\"decision<\/a>decision<\/a> for the selected asset<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which programme or project this decision is being added to.\r\nIf this decision is being added to the project level, you may also have a read-only<\/em> field stating that project’s type.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nUse this field to enter a reference<\/a> for your decision. If you enter a prefix and end it with one or more zeros, e.g. AS_00, then you can click on the \"Reference<\/a>“Find next reference” button to search for the next available reference number with the same prefix and number of digits. If your project has a Project Code then the default reference will be the project code with AS_01\/2\/3 etc.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nEnter a short title for this new decision here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter a longer description for this new decision here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Agreed by:<\/th>\r\nUse this multi-select box to select the user(s) who agreed on this decision. You may select multiple users by holding the CTRL or SHIFT keys and clicking on the name of the additional user(s). To de-select, click on the highlighted name while still holding the CTRL or SHIFT keys so as not to lose all other selected users.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n

Add more decisions:<\/th>\r\nLeave this check box selected if you’d like to keep this form open and add more decisions to this asset once the current decision has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n*<\/em><\/sup>The reference is mandatory, but all others are optional.\r\n\r\nIf you accidentally try to add a decision with the same reference as an existing decision in your project then you will get a warning message.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Add decision<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new decision with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new decision can be viewed in a number of locations, including the Decision<\/strong>s<\/strong> tab at the parent asset’s view page, as shown in Figure 4. Alternatively you can view the new decision from the parent asset’s dashboard<\/strong> in the Open Decisions<\/strong> dashlet, as shown in Figure 5.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n
