This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Edit<\/a>edit button in the top header area of the\u00a0 \"Better<\/a>assumption view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Edit<\/a>edit popup form via the \"Actions<\/a>actions column menu of the Assumptions<\/strong> tab at the\u00a0 \"Programme<\/a>programme or \"Project<\/a>project view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which asset this assumption belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nThis mandatory field is used to specify a reference for this new assumption, e.g. 01. The reference stay unique within your parent asset.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit the title for this assumption here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit the description of this assumption here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Custom fields:<\/th>\r\nIf there are any custom fields defined for your assumptions they will appear here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Archived:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to set this assumption as archived.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n*<\/em><\/sup>The reference field is mandatory, but all others are optional.\r\n\r\nIf you accidentally try to change the assumption’s reference to the same reference as an existing assumption in your project then you will get a warning message.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Update assumption<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will update the assumption with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to make change to the assumption.<\/div>\r\n
