This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Add<\/a>add menu in the top header area of the\u00a0 \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a> or \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Add<\/a>add popup form at the bottom of the Assumptions<\/strong> tab at these same view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

Figure 2 – Access via assumptions tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to\u00a0add a new assumption<\/a> for the selected asset<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n

Figure 3 – Add assumption form<\/strong><\/p>\r\nThis form has the following fields:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThis read-only<\/em> field shows which asset you are creating this new assumption for.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nThis mandatory field is used to specify a reference<\/a> for this new assumption, e.g. 01. The reference must be unique within your parent asset. If you click on the\u00a0\"Reference<\/a> “Find Next Reference” button next to the reference field then the system will find the next available reference number. For example if you enter the reference AS_00 then the system will try AS_001, AS_002 etc until it finds an available value.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nEnter a title for this new assumption here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter a description of this new assumption here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Custom fields:<\/th>\r\nIf there are any custom fields<\/a> defined for your assumptions they will appear here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Add more:<\/th>\r\nLeave this check box selected if you would like to keep this form open to add more assumptions to this asset after this new assumption has been created.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n*<\/em><\/sup>The reference field is mandatory, but all others are optional.\r\n\r\nIf you accidentally try to add an assumption with the same reference as an existing assumption in your project then you will get a warning message.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Add assumption<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will add a new assumption with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nThe new assumption can be viewed in the Assumptions <\/strong>tab at the parent asset’s view page, as shown in Figure 4.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n
