This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Options<\/a>options menu in the top header area of the \"icon_exception\"<\/a>exception view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Delete<\/a>delete popup form at the bottom of the Exceptions<\/strong> tab at the \"Programme<\/a>programme <\/a>or \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to delete an existing exception<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nShows which asset this exception belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nShows the reference for this exception.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nShows the short title of this exception.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nShows the description of the cause of the deviation from the relevant plan.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Consequences:<\/th>\r\nShows the description of the consequence of the deviation.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Options:<\/th>\r\nShows the details of the available options to address the deviation.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Effects:<\/th>\r\nShows the details the effects of each option on the Business case, risks, and agreed tolerances.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Recommendations:<\/th>\r\nShows the recommendations of the option that should be approved by the Steering Committee.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nWarning:<\/em> When you delete a exception then all of the \"Actions<\/a>actions, \"Attachments<\/a>attachments and \"Comment<\/a>comments within that exception will also be deleted.\r\n\r\nIf you are sure that you want to delete this exception then click on the “Delete exception<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to delete the exception.<\/div>\r\n
