This popup<\/a> form can be accessed via the \"Edit<\/a>edit button in the top header area of the \"icon_exception\"<\/a>exception view page, as shown in Figure 1. Alternatively you can access the \"Edit<\/a>edit popup form at the bottom of the Exceptions<\/strong> tab at the \"Programme<\/a>programme<\/a> or \"Project<\/a>project<\/a> view pages, as shown in Figure 2.\r\n

This popup is shown in Figure 3 and is used to edit an existing exception<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Parent asset:<\/th>\r\nThese read-only<\/em> fields shows which asset this exception belongs to.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Reference*<\/em><\/sup>:<\/th>\r\nYou may edit the reference for this exception here. This must stay unique across the whole parent asset.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Title:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit the short title of this exception here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
Description:<\/th>\r\nEnter or edit the description of the cause of the deviation from the relevant plan here.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n

Archived:<\/th>\r\nSelect this check box if you would like to set this exception as archived.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n*<\/em><\/sup>The reference field is mandatory, but all others are optional.\r\n\r\nIf you accidentally try to change the exception’s reference to the same reference as an existing exception in your project then you will get a warning message.\r\n\r\nOnce you are happy with your entries click the “Update exception<\/strong>” button at the bottom of the form. This will update the exception with the details that you supplied.\r\n\r\nClick the “Cancel<\/strong>” button if you no longer want to make change to the exception.<\/div>\r\n
