According to one report, large projects typically <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/business-functions\/operations\/our-insights\/imagining-constructions-digital-future\">go 80% over budget<\/a> and fall 20% behind schedule. This is a multifaceted issue, but a lot of it is due to poor planning. Project management software can help.<br \/>\nThese software tools streamline the preconstruction phase, saving time, which saves money. More notably, they offer more advanced, in-depth budgeting and resource management solutions.
